New 96-bedroom aged care facility. This was another successful project completed with Paynters. The plumbing works consisted of:

• Civil water connection
• 3 separate hot water plan systems
• Commercial kitchen and laundry
• Grease trap, lint trap, cooling chamber, and all trade waste services
• Fire pump, hydrant, and hose reel system
• Gas services
• All plumbing and drainage
