34-bed expansion to the existing aged care facility. Holland Park is a deluxe purpose-built home, designed specifically with the needs of the residents in mind. Plumbing works consisted of:

• Civil sewer connection
• Instantaneous hot water plant
• Hot water flow and return system
• Fire hydrant system.
• Existing fire pump relocation
• Gas services to the hot water plant
• All plumbing and drainage to the complex.
