The project is separated into two distinct areas, being the ground floor entry expansion and reconfiguration and also upgrades to all 134 residents rooms across the site. The room refurbishments include new finishes to the existing bathroom layouts, new floor vinyl, joinery, lighting and paint. Plumbing works consisted of:

• All plumbing and drainage
• Removal and replacement of all existing bathroom fixtures
• Kitchenette area
• Salon
