New 119 Bed aged care facility. Aspley Aged Care is a deluxe purpose-built home designed specifically with the needs of the residents in mind.

Plumbing works consisted of:

• Civil water connection for the water, fire and sprinkler services
• 2 x civil sewer connections
• 1000 ltr grease trap and trade waste services
• 2 x instantaneous hot water plants
• 2 x hot water flow and return systems
• Fire hydrant system.
• Gas services to the hot water plant and the commercial kitchen.
• All plumbing and drainage to the complex.
