D&S Plumbing Group is headed by two driven, ambitious and hardworking best friends from high school, Dane Larkin and Scott Weaver, who have big visions of leaving their mark on the plumbing industry in Australia.
Dane and Scott were mentored by an innovative leader in the construction industry in their early years, and learnt early about running a business through investing in people and innovation. Both men applied a focus on developing and recruiting a team of plumbing professionals modelled on the same unique culture, with the opportunities to advance and grow their careers at D&S.
With fully licenced plumber drainers, gasfitters, backflow and more at the helm, every job is completed to perfection and in accordance with Australian Standards.
Outside the world of plumbing, Dane enjoys travelling, developing his BBQ cooking skills, playing golf, and spending time at the beach with his young family.
Keelan started with Dane & Scott as an apprentice 10 years ago, progressing through D&S to become a project manager. Keelan shares the same passion, values and vision towards providing high quality plumbing to all D&S clients, big and small.
Outside of work, Keelan enjoys spending time with family and has a strong passion for fitness and the Brisbane broncos.
Sally is the newest member of the D&S management team, recruited for her skills to help the business grow by continuously innovating their systems and practices to be more efficient. Sally works alongside the Management Team to ensure project data is captured to enable strategic management of projects across the business. She also assists the Directors daily with the administrative aspects of project operations.
Outside the world of plumbing, Sally enjoys teaching her kids how to cook, clean, and garden in the hopes that one day she won’t have to!
